About the Star Wars: The Bad Batch MagicBand
The Star Wars: The Bad Batch MagicBand is a Limited Edition band released May 4, 2021. The band itself is gray.
Disney produced 1,500 of these, making it a genuinely scarce band: number 56 of the 262 numbered MagicBands in our catalog, and produced in smaller quantities than 79% of them.
It originally retailed at $34.99, in line with the $34.99 median across every MagicBand we track.
2021 was a busy year for MagicBand releases, with 236 bands recorded in our catalog, the highest of any year to date.
Limited Edition MagicBands are produced in a fixed, published quantity and are never reissued, so supply only ever shrinks as bands are worn, lost or kept sealed by collectors.
This is a MagicBand 2, the second generation introduced in 2017, which uses a removable puck that can be swapped between band sleeves.
What is the Star Wars: The Bad Batch MagicBand worth?
Across 3 active eBay listings the Star Wars: The Bad Batch MagicBand is currently priced between $49.12 and $125.00, with a median of $99.99. That is roughly 2.9 times its original $34.99 retail price.
Resale prices reflect active listings and move with demand. Condition, packaging and whether the band is unused all affect what a specific example sells for.
