About the Star Wars Rival Run 2020 MagicBand
The Star Wars Rival Run 2020 MagicBand is a Limited Edition band released July 13, 2021. The band itself is black.
Disney produced 1,000 of these, making it one of the rarest MagicBands ever released: number 22 of the 262 numbered MagicBands in our catalog, and produced in smaller quantities than 92% of them.
It originally retailed at $34.99, in line with the $34.99 median across every MagicBand we track.
2021 was a busy year for MagicBand releases, with 236 bands recorded in our catalog, the highest of any year to date.
Limited Edition MagicBands are produced in a fixed, published quantity and are never reissued, so supply only ever shrinks as bands are worn, lost or kept sealed by collectors.
This is a MagicBand 2, the second generation introduced in 2017, which uses a removable puck that can be swapped between band sleeves.
What is the Star Wars Rival Run 2020 MagicBand worth?
Across 1 active eBay listing the Star Wars Rival Run 2020 MagicBand is currently priced between $75.00 and $75.00, with a median of $75.00. That is roughly 2.1 times its original $34.99 retail price.
Resale prices reflect active listings and move with demand. Condition, packaging and whether the band is unused all affect what a specific example sells for.
