Limited Release MagicBands are not numbered, but they are produced in restricted quantities and retired once stock is gone, which is why they often outperform open editions on the resale market.
This is a MagicBand 2, the second generation introduced in 2017, which uses a removable puck that can be swapped between band sleeves.

Across 2 active eBay listings the Christmas 2019 MagicBand is currently priced between $50.00 and $69.99, with a median of $59.99. That is roughly 2.0 times its original $29.99 retail price.
